Why Am I Running
Our city is in need of strong leadership, and I am prepared to take on that responsibility.
I aspire to be the leader who facilitates a positive relationship between our community and peace officers. This is not the time for division; rather, we should collaborate towards a safer community that aligns with the desires of all parties involved. I recognize the challenges we face, and it is to note that healing cannot begin amidst ongoing conflict. While I do not anticipate immediate peace it is a goal that we all seek and deserve. I am committed to being an active participant in this community, I consider myself an integral part of it. Moreover, while I advocate for enhanced peace officers on our streets, I firmly believe that cooperation is essential for achieving lasting unity and healing.
A Poem For Minneapolis:
Minneapolis Rise!

I never thought I would run for office. until a woman name Justine Damond changed my mind.
Her life was shorted on a hot summer night. People heard of her name, but many people in this city forgot.
This woman had plans to get married but never got the chance to tie the knot.
See the Superbowl was coming to our city, And the city cared about this a lot.
they covered up her story with money, that’s why we all forgot,
but my God had bigger plans, so he took out a big black man.
The community was not about to let this slide, so we walked the street of our city yelling " Black Lives".
The moral of my poem is not about "Black Lives"
It’s about how our community stood together and " Still Minneapolis RISE",
